Helping infants to breathe<\/h2>\n

The aim of the research group is to reduce the number of newborns needing ventilator care through optimisation and developing new strategies for assisting them in breathing on their own. The research is focused on resuscitation and respiratory support of infants in low-, middle- and high-income countries. We have completed five PhD projects, and the work is supported by the Swedish government through regional councils and research grants.<\/p>\n\n Link to research group<\/a>\n\n<\/div>\n

Conflict of interest <\/h2>

The research group at Karolinska Institutet or our other colaborations are not supported by Neores. In the research only Thomas Drevhammar has a conflict of interest and this has been clearly stated in all publications. \n

The researchers in images are completly independent. Work conducted within the research groups has included Thomas Drevhammar as an active member. Neores is best described as an academic spin-off with ongoing strong affiliation to academia.<\/p> <\/div>
