What CPAP to use in the delivery room?

This Bench comparison from Sydney is a standard comparison between Neopuff T-piece resuscitator (TPR) and rPAP. What is new is the  use of  the Neonatal Active Lung Model (NALM). This one has compliance and this means that the lung model will lose TV when exposed to a high resistance system such as TPR.

Effect of interface dead space on the time taken to achieve changes in set FiO2

The article show the importance of dead space and time needed when adjusting O2. Prongs have lower dead space and are quicker. The rPAP is the only resuscitation system with prongs but the effect is not really related to rPAP performance.
